This makes more sense, Annie can’t recall what really happened so she doesn’t want to point the finger at Kurtis. Her mind is in pieces.
I think that middle panel is my favorite because I just really like how the lighting came out. I still struggle A LOT with dark sceneries and that will be evident in future pages, but hopefully I’m getting better. Webcomics is a grand learning experience after all!
